LOVE (a cute little reminder on Valentine’s Day)
Okay, so it’s true, I am sarcastic.
And sometimes just a wee bit cynical.
And I’m not that big of a fan of Valentine’s Day.
Still, I celebrate it.
One of the things I did this year was do a photo shoot of Elias in front of a big yellow wall with “LOVE” written in red. This is a surprise for Jessica. For at least two years, we’ve driven by this wall and so many times she says, “I really want to do a photo shoot of Elias in front of that wall!” But for whatever reason, we’ve never gotten around to it.
This past weekend, while Mommy was away in Atlanta, Elias and I did a quick photo shoot for Mommy. It was freezing outside and the lighting was bad and there were cars all around… but we did it. This is what we got.
Hope you enjoy.
Oh, and Happy Valentine’s Day.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best present ever. I LOVE IT.

Nice
Just realized my typo. Dang it. :)
Psh. I’m pretty sure Scripture says that “(pictures of) love covers a multitude of (typos)…”
But seriously. Didn’t even notice because the pictures were so epic.
Wonderful!
Love — and what you have happening between you all…
Jess is going to make a photobook out of this, isn’t she?
Love it.
God bless him. He’s too freaking adorable. Next year both kids can make it into the photo shoot. lol
These pics are great, Matthew.
sooo cute! And such a great reminder of what love is supposed to be!
Creative and cool!
Cute!
I’m in Nashville too, and if that’s the building I’m thinking of–in west Nashville right by the interstate and close to the gold dome Regions, I remember when they painted it and all my coworkers and wondered what kind of hippy foolishness they were planning.
